TT before fly

Lepak all boys before we fly to London this Saturday. Sambil2 nk tgk apa yg bleh godek laptop Abe Yur yg makin saban hari makin parah. From 9pm till 11pm lepak McD O'Connell then tukar port McD Grafton lak. Haha and Fendi joined us later. Ended kul 3am haha. Lepak gila babeng punya

Colloquium MyPSI 2012

So kolokium ni started n ended successfully yesterday. It was quite tiring but fun. Letih sebab asyik makan je hehe. Kredit to rezza n muntaz for the cookings. Nasi ayam kome adalah terbaek. And I was glad to see friends from far far away i.e Cork (Meor) and Khaironi (all the way from Malaysia but stays in Limerick for temporary). It was held kat Malaysia Hall, Dublin. I came alone, just nk tolong apa yg patut n meriahkan majlis je. Ika n Affan duk rumah, since ika byk students' lab reports yg kena marking. Damn those demo





Well it started from 9.30am which was breakfast with Dato Ramli, then Doa from Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdul Hadi 40 hari, then few opening speeches from President Som Pong and Dato. Later, Dato spent an hour listening to our 1st presentor, Aisyah from University of Limerick. Ternganga Dato dengar aisyah goreng habis2an. I'm for sure x paham ape yg aisyah citer. I think Anwar (her husband) didnt even know what she was talking about lol. Too complex with all the molecules, atoms, assymetry bonding, 0.7 Armstrong etc.. mana den nk paham. Citer psl overclock SGS2 or jailbreak iphone boleh la



And I think deep inside Dato's heart, he feels proud to see anak Malaysia berjaya di perantauan hehe. He asked few questions, showing his interest on aisyah's work

Next presentor was Mohabbatul Zaman. But Dato has to leave to attend other event hehehe. I'm gonna skip this part

Then we continued with Najmuddin, where he talked a few about his results and showed us some demo regarding his wireless sensors. Pretty cool though. I like his presentation most, coz its about gadgets lol

Next was Som Pong, he talked about peat land. Very insteresting. His talk was supposed to be 20min but these audience asked so many Qs about JKR and development houses, jalan berlubang etc. We had big laugh. Kelakar ngan perangai depa ni



Lunch took place around 2pm. Lepas smyg zohor n asar, smbung balik presentation from Sebu. He talked bout Genetic, stem cells, disease, etc. Very interesting. Tapi masa tu perut dh kenyang, dan aku pon dh start nk terlelap.



Zurina handled the next session, more to tutorial about how to use those complex features in Microsoft Words to write thesis. Its damn good. I never knew! Tak sangka byk lg features dlm Words tu. Yg aku tau numbering, open n save file. lol

Tunku Salha ended this event with her tutorial on how to use End Note and where to get it. I recorded it with my phone. Balik rumah bleh tunjuk kat Ika

We went downstair , smyg Maghrib jemaah, baca yasin n tahlil, and smyg isyak. Then dinner nasi goreng sambal belacan with telur goreng. Another meal terbaek from Rezza.

Library and Swatch

Today I brought Affan kluar jln2 Henry St. Then masuk iLac jap beli battery. I saw the public library on 2nd floor. Been noticing it more than a year ago but never bothered to pay a visit.

Then I ajak Affan naik jap. Usha2 jap kat dlm tu while looking for children corner. I was almost gonna leave the place until I saw the children corner sign. Masuk2 je... OMG!! It is a very nice place!! There are thousand of children books, computers, some toys for baby etc

Affan yg asalnya nk blk rumah terus x jadi blk haha.. After an hour we went out, went back home thru Arnotts and saw a mock giant Swatch watch. Took some pictures n balik rumah makan mee kuah udang yg mama masak.. Heh

Half Price 3D

I bought 2 half price cinema tickets online via LivingSocial.com for Cineworld... pretty good deal. I supposed to pay €24 but I got it €12. not bad la kan? And they are 3D movies. And we were first timer in watching 3D movies in cinema. Tengok 3D demo tv kat PC World penah la

Actually the deal was almost over, kitorang beli tiket 1 day before expired LOL. Sib baik still applicable. And we need to calculate the timing coz we are gonna send Affan to skul first. Takkan nk bwk affan kot. Dah la kena pakai 3D glasses. I even have to wear my contact lenses to enjoy the additional glasses on my nose!

Lepas hantar Affan, we bought M&S chocolate cookies in replace of pop corn. So we chose Underworld 4. Tak penah tengok pon any part of that movie previously, so we walked in to the cinema dengan harapan bleh paham haha. Mujur paham gak! Cuma it was not really my taste la. Pancung2 kepala, putus tangan, korek jantung keluar. Aku bukan doktor nak layan citer gitu. Maklum la, citer vampire, dracula. The best part was, bila ada explosion and kaca berterbangan, Ika siap tunduk mengelak lagi.. LOL punya la kuat 3D effect

It started 4pm and ended 5.20pm. Just nice lepas abis tu terus pecut amik Affan kat skul which ends 6pm.

Dah lama tak tengok wayang sebenarnya, especially Ika. Aku at least penah gak masuk tengok Iron Man 2 ngan budak2 Dublin termasuk Shirou and Nazri. Masa tu all boys je, geng bapak2 budak yg dah umur 30 but 13-year old at heart. Heh

Appetite

Tadi kluar dinner ngan wifey n kid and suddenly stumbled kat one newly opened halal restaurant. The price is a little bit higher than others but there are plenty of choices!!





For €7.99 you can have various Japanese style, Italian, Indian and Chinese food and all are حلال . They serve plain water as well for free

As for Italian food, they serve pasta, lasagna, salad and vegetables. Not only that, they have coleslaw and potato with cream (i just made up that name)

Thai dish has their own special menu to choose from.

I love the Chinese part. They have wantan and popia with yummy chili ketchup. And also fried broccoli and shrimp

As for the boring Indian food (ye la, indian food selalu lauk sama je) they serve beriyani, curry beef and lamb, papadom and few other indian food which we can be easily found in other restaurants


Apart from the All-You-Can-Eat dish, they also have fried chicken ala KFC, kebab and pizza as well which are sold separately.
